Big Sister Project

I believe change comes one day at the time, one person at the time.

Helping young people grow up happier guarantees better world

in the future.

Group of Friends

Adolescence is difficult and often messy. So many things are changing. There is pressure to make important decisions about your future. School is often a burden of trying to get good grades and fit in. You might fall in love for the first time. There are all kinds of funny feelings in your body. Cyber pressure to be a certain way in order to be liked and followed. And above all, it feels like nobody gets you.

As a professional working with adults on bettering their lives, I came to realise that most of the struggles we experience in adulthood stem from the traumas and experiences in childhood and adolescence.

We go through years of education, chasing grades, competing for a good college, job etc. but nobody ever teaches us how to make conscious decisions, how to be confident but humble, how to love - ourselves and others, how to live, how to be happy…

Most of my adult life I spent healing childhood traumas and dismantling limiting beliefs I acquired in early life. This inspired me to start a Big Sister Project which offers free coaching to people aged 11-19.

If you feel like life is already overwhelming in any way: love, sexuality, school, parents, bullying, choice of future profession, abuse, lack of motivation or anything else that you would like to discuss with someone who is not your parent or a teacher, fill out the contact form and let’s talk.

Or if you are a parent of a kid in this age group (11-19) and you want them to grow into confident, loving, happy people, talk to me. Please have in mind that the sessions have to be 100% consensual and their choice in order to work.

I offer free coaching sessions through texting or video calls. Completely free of charge.

It is an honour and privilege to dedicate my time helping young people follow their dreams, find their voice and create a better future for all of us.
